Cancellation or Return
Contact us immediately if you want to cancel an order, desirably no later than 24 hours after you place an order. For standard stocking goods, order can be cancelled if it has not been picked for shipping, otherwise there might be a 20% restocking charge. For custom made orders, once the production process has started, order cannot be cancelled.
Breakage, Defective or Wrong Items, Change Items
Goods Damaged in Transit
In rare instances where damages or shortages of goods occur, do not accept the goods from the shipper as having been received in good order. All shipments are deemed to have been received in good order unless we are notified within 10 working days following delivery of the goods. In some cases, the shipment is insured, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can help handle the claim from carrier and reship the broken item free of charge.
Defectives or wrong items
Defective items will be exchanged free of charge. Contact us immediately if you find your shipment is wrong or defective. We will cover the return postage and the shipping of the replacement to you. Please call 1(866) 633-6966 so we can assist you with your exchange. Defective goods will be replaced not credited, upon receipt of defective merchandise.
In situation where you find yourself ordered wrong items and need an exchange. Call us immediately to cancel order (see 'Cancel Order 'above), and send us a new replacement order. You are responsible to send back the items to us and a 20% restocking charge might applied.
Return your Order
All Sales are final. Only unpacked and non-used good-condition goods sold not more than thirty (30) days can be accepted for return. All returns require prior authorization from our Customer Service Department. All returns must be clearly display a Return Authorization Number (RAN#) obtained from our Customer Services. Packages not displaying RAN will be refused. Authorized returns for goods other than defective merchandise will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.
