How We Ship Your Order
All orders are shipped F.O.B. from our warehouse in Ontario, Canada. We use Canada Post, UPS, Purolator and US-Postal Service as our preferred shipping provider. For large volume shipping, ocean freight or air freight forwarding can be arranged. When placing online order, please choose the delivery option that best fits your needs during the checkout. For approved Dealer or distributors, you can use your own preferred shipping agent or company. Just confirm this in your Purchase Order, in this case, all your on-line order will be showed as No Shipping Charge.
Some restrictions may apply because of the quantity, weight, dimension or size of the shipment. Some orders may require additional shipping charge. If the items you are ordering require extra shipping care, we will notify you the amended shipping charge instead of what's show in online shop.
Partial shipment is allowed unless otherwise specified in the Purchase Order by customer.
Drop Ship
When placing online order at "The Site”, you can specify different "Ship To” address for each and every order. We will drop ship your order to wherever you put in the order. Check order status afterwards to find out when the order has been dispatch. Also note that the Canadian sales tax, if any involved, will be based on the "Ship To" address accordingly, not the billing address.
Order Processing Time
All standard stock orders are usually processed and shipped within One to Two business days of purchase. Sometimes, due to unexpected shortages, items can take longer before they are shipped. An expected delivery date will be notified in our Order Confirmation email for custom made orders.
Service Restrictions
Our Service Guarantee does not apply when delays are due to causes beyond our control, such as the disruption of air or ground transportation networks; bad weather condition; riots, strikes etc.
Some carrier or shipper does not ship to P.O. Boxes, please be sure to give a street address.
Currently we do not ship to every country. Excluded countries will not be listed in the check out area. We reserve the right to refuse orders from foreign countries or areas that we feel not in a safe situation. We also reserve the right to ship items with alternate carriers of methods as needed.
