- Except special or pre-approved orders, we have a Minimum Order Policy of C$20.00. C$10.00 Handling Fee will be charged if order is under C$20.00.
For each Purchase Order received, either by fax-in or from online shop, an "Order Confirmation" will be faxed or emailed back to customer in one to two business days. Customer should check and feed back any disagreement within the next 2 (two) days, once the order is in production or shipping process, no cancellation of order can be placed.
All merchandise will be shipped at prices in effect upon receipt of the order. The price in "Order Confirmation" is the final price in effect if there is discrepancy from the online price.
Payment can be made by: Visa, Master Card, American Express,Paypal, Certified or Company Cheque, or Money Order. Fill in Credit Card Authorization Form
if you allow us to charge your designated Credit Card for a period of time, for convenient sake. This information will NOT keep online.
First Order has to be in C.O.D
. Net 30 Terms may be established upon completion of our Credit Application Form.
You will be notified the approved credit terms. This process usually takes two to three weeks.
- Custom made item requires 50% deposit, balance to be paid before delivery of goods. No refund or exchange on custom made items.
- A service charge of $35.00 is levied on all N.S.F. (Non Sufficient Fund) cheques. Replacement cheques must be Certified by recognized banks.
- Interest will be charged at 2% per month on accounts with past due balances.
The liability of the manufacturer is limited to the replacement of its product which contains manufacturing defects. This warranty constitutes the sole liability of the manufacturer or distributor with respect to the product and is in lieu of an excludes all other conditions warranties, guaranties, obligations, rights or representations whether express or implied, and whether arising by operation of law or otherwise. No representative of the manufacturer or distributor or any other person or entity has any authority to offer any other warranty on behalf of the manufacturer.

Please allow 10 to 15 working days for credit application process. A confirmation will be either fax or email to applicant once your credit application is approved.
