Searching for a Product
By using the menu on the left-hand side of the page, you can browse "The Site” by product category. You can also search for a specific item by using the "search" box located in the upper right-hand corner on every page of the store. Type in any keyword, or for a specific product, the first part of the stock number before "/” to find it's product detail information. To learn more information about a product, click on the "More Details" button and you will be taken to the item's product detail page.
Using our Shopping Cart
Since "The Site” is for our registered dealers and distributors to place order, all other visitors can only browse product information but would not see the price and quantity discount information. Follow Become Our Dealer/Distributor if you want to set up as our new dealer or use 'Contact us' to email us for a registered dealer in your area to contact you or quote price to you .
To place an order in your shopping cart, select the product options, like Color, Size or Packing option, then put in purchase quantity, next click the "Add to Cart" button on the bottom left side of the product detail page. Use the "Continue" button to continue shopping or click "Check Out" to complete your order. To remove an item, simply click the "Remove” button located on the right of each product.
When you're ready to complete your order, be sure to review all of the items, the quantity and price you've placed in your shopping cart. Once you have determined everything shown there are what you want to purchase, click the "Checkout" button to proceed to payment section.
Shipping and Billing
After you click the "Checkout" button, you will need to provide your billing and shipping address, (be sure to note: your billing address must be entered exactly as it appears on your credit card statement). You will then choose a shipping method, and select your method of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Paypal. We do not store credit card data on our servers. This means you have to enter your credit card information each time to shop unless you fill up a Credit Card Authorization Form and fax back to us. For Credit approved dealers can pay by terms. Money Orders are also accepted as long as they are in CAD$ or USA$ Currency. We ship once we receive your payment. You can check the Order Status under your own account.
Since we located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, all Canadian customers have to pay GST or HST depending on the "Ship To” address of which province they are in. All US or overseas customers are tax exempted. However, there might custom duty or tariff to import to your country, please refer to 'Custom Fees to US or Overseas'
Custom Fees to US or Overseas
Please note that any order may be subject to customs duty or tariff if shipped to a country outside Canada. However, since most of our products are NAFTA (North America Free Trade Agreement) approved, thus custom duty is exempted for Canadian goods going to US and Mexico. Contact our Customer Service if you need a copy of NAFTA certificate and/or other export document for custom clearance.
For other countries, please consult your local postal office or you local customs office to find out custom fees involved, if applicable, when importing goods from Canada. Custom fees, if any, vary according to product purchased and tariff set by your country. Custom tariffs are rather complicated and we cannot tell you ahead how much it may be. You will be responsible to pay the custom fee, if any involved, at the time of receiving the goods.
Submitting your Order
Be sure to review all of the information you provided, and make any necessary changes before clicking the "Continue" button. Once you place your order, you will receive an email with your confirmation number. As a courtesy, we will also send you a confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped.
